Salary: Basic £26,000FTE, OTE £22 – 30k FTE

Located in the heart of Malmesbury, an innovative and growing business seeks a Media Sales Executive to join their market leading business on a Part Time basis.

The Role:
Suited to focused individuals, wishing to earn high remuneration within a professional sales environment, this office based role involves telephoning prospective clients to sell advertising space within high profile regional baby & toddler magazines

The Benefits:

Good Basic Salary (depending on experience) – £26,000FTE initially, rising by £1,000 FTE after 3 months and a further £1,000 FTE after 6 months, subject to successful performance
Opportunity for fast track promotion to Senior Sales Executive within 1 year which carries a £26,000 FTE annual Senior Sales Allowance, so effectively salary rises to £21,000 FTE
Commissions & Bonuses paid on sales achieved from start of employment
Option to join Company Pension Scheme after qualifying period
Regular team competitions and prizes – e.g. Salesperson of the Month
Good holiday allowance – 24 days FTE initially, rising to 30 days max
Minimum of 25 / hrs. Per week, option for 46 weeks / year contract (so not required to work over the school summer holidays)The Ideal Candidate:

Ideally possessing previous relevant experience, you will also be:

Well spoken & professional, with an enthusiastic manner
Highly self-motivated/ determined/ self-confident and willing to follow a proven sales structure
Good communicator and listener
