Position: Room Leader (Babies)
Salary: £26,400 – £30,000per annum (dependent on qualification/s and experience)
Hours: Full time / Permanent / 4.5 days per week
Location: Greenwich
Star Bright Recruitment Limited are proud to be recruiting on behalf of a stunning and well-resourced Nursery in the Greenwich area, who are looking for a Room Leader for their Baby room.
You will be joining a friendly and caring atmosphere, with excellent resources and have the support of passionate and dedicated owners, in an environment where you will be truly valued and fully supported.
You will be working in a beautiful airy baby room, with the best resource’s money can buy, with a stunning sensory room.
You will be leading a team of 2-3 staff in the baby room, with support from an experienced Management team who really care about their staff.
You will be working on a full-time basis, 4.5 days, all year round with this Nursery.

The ideal Room Leader candidate must have:
* A minimum Level 3 in Childcare and Education (or above or equivalent)
* Sound knowledge of the EYFS
* Strong communication skills both written and verbal
* Experience of working as a Room Leader (ideally with Babies)
* Ability to use initiative
* A passion for working with children in a Nursery
