Our client is looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Patient Services Advisor to deliver first-class customer service to physiotherapy patients

What you’ll do 

• Process patient booking forms using hospital computer systems
• Communicate with patients regarding their appointments and surgery
• Co-ordinate with other departments to ensure efficiency and accuracy
• Update reportable data
• Action emails and answer phones

 What you need to have 

• Previous experience working in a customer facing role.
• Good levels of written and verbal English
