Part Time Medical Information Executive

My client is a leading Pharmaceutical organisation due to expansion and internal promotion my client is looking for an experience part – time Medical Information Executive. To be considered for this vacancy you must come from a Pharmaceutical background and have experience in Medical Information in the Pharmaceutical industry. Job Summary:

To provide timely and high quality information services in support of the Company’s products and interests to External customers: Members of the medical and allied professions, patients and Internal customers: Field force, medical, marketing etc.
Select current information on topics of interest and disseminate effectively to in-house staff so that they are kept up-to-date with new developments in their fields of interest
Answer medical/technical enquiries (including complex enquiries) from users of Company’s products (doctors, pharmacists, patients etc), by the retrieval, evaluation and presentation of high quality information using in-house and external sources, in a timely manner.
Participate in the approval process for promotional material ensuring their technical accuracy and that professional and legal requirements are met.
Assist with the maintenance of departmental databases on company products, competitor products, therapeutic area interests and evaluated clinical and pharmaceutical data in order to facilitate quick and accurate enquiry answering

Experience:

in medical information in the pharmaceutical industry (minimum 2 years)
Experience of regulatory pharmacovigilance inspections.
