Part-Time IT Support Analyst

Pioneering pharmaceutical organisation currently requires a part-time IT Support Analyst to join it`s team in Worthing, working in a flexible, part-time (22.5 hours) capacity and earning up to £30,000 pro rata.

The company works with biological substances to assist drug development and produce innovative new treatments for people worldwide. The company is well known in the local area for its positive and supportive working environment and you will be joining a it`s IT function and supporting users across the company.

Specifically, working as an IT Support Analyst, you will be responsible for the following:

– Minimum of 3 years` experience performing system administration functions in a corporate/ business environment, with Active Directory Administration experience
– Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
– Demonstrative ability to troubleshoot Windows 7/8/10 enterprise workstation and Windows Server platform 2008/2012
– Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Exchange management
– Working Knowledge an of Wide Area Networks
– Experience of installing/building and supporting PC`s/laptops/servers.
– Strong fundamental troubleshooting skills with the ability to apply those skills to assist troubleshooting on a wide range of information systems and applications
– Familiarity with computer technologies, network environments and activities. 
– Working knowledge of VMware, ESX virtual infrastructure
