Part Time Finance Assistant

Salary: £15.38 – £16.61 per hour

Are you looking for a flexible part time role where you can continue to grow professionally? In this role you’ll take on a varied finance position working directly with the financial controller where you’ll also have the option to study or continue studying for your AAT.

In this varied position you’ll be taking on purchase and sales ledger processing with payment runs but the role is likely to change and develop as the business grows so your scope of exposure will include prepayments, accruals and supporting with month end.

This role will be constantly evolving so someone who is a self-starter, happy to take on the challenges as they come up would suit this position as well as someone who’s got a positive attitude and happy to work in a close-knit finance team.

You’d be working between 20-25 hours a week which can be flexible to fit in the school run or have a 3 day workweek, with a mix of working from home and on site.

You’ll benefit from a death in service scheme, a cycle to work scheme, childcare vouchers and 25 days holiday plus bank holidays pro rata’d, you’ll need to put a few days aside for the Christmas shutdown but can take your bank holidays whenever you want to book them.
