Part-Time Evening / Weekend Internal Coordinator

This new position will provide out of office hours support to team leaders and team members working around the UK. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate an excellent work ethic and be able to work under own initiative.

The Role:
Analyse regions performance and escalate underperforming sites to team leaders/members
Welfare calls to team leaders and email National Co-Ordination Manager feedback (every 1-2hrs)
Escalate any absence and provide suggestions for coverage
GPS team members against rotas to ensure they are working hours
Analyse and review site productivity nationwide on an hourly basis, make recommendations to the team leaders, work closely with National Co-Ordination Manager to increase key performance indicators
Take team leader and team member incoming calls/queries
Informing team leaders/members of site regulations
Carry out team member Spot Checks photos – as and when required
Forward call out requests to the team leaders/members
Add sites to wardens equipment

The Candidate:
A great communicator with a firm but fair approach
Able to work with a diverse team of people
Computer literate
An interest in the industry and a willingness to learn and adapt
Ability to amend direction at short notice where required
Able to work under own initiative with minimal supervision
Must be self motivated and a self starter
Must be required to demonstrate a strong work ethic

To be successful in this role you will be required to spend a minimum of 1 week in a warden/Team leader role.

Hours of work will be Wednesday to Friday 4.00pm to 9.00pm, Saturday and Sunday 10.00am to 3.00pm. Total hours 25.
