The role is part time & Permanent with interviews on 21st & 28th August with start dates in September
We are seeking 5 part time customer service / claims advisors for our inbound customer call centre in Crewe.These roles are permanent with an excellent shift pattern of:
Mon-Fri 9am-1pm OR Mon-Fri 10am-2pm
Perfect for those who have external commitments that prevent them taking F/time roles
As a business we pride ourselves in our customer service delivery and applicants will need to have an excellent telephone manner,be customer focused with the ability to own and resolve customer issues in a calm & collective manner.
This is a pure customer service role and involves no selling
Key Responsibilities
Pc Confident & Literate
An excellent telephone manner
Excellent problem solving skills
An ability to develop purposeful rapport
Good Listener that is empathetic & professional
Commercially aware & decisive
Previous call centre work is desirable but not essential to the role
