Part Time Care Home Nurse

Salary: £21.48 per hour

A fantastic chance to work in a well run, well established care home in East Grinstead in West Sussex. The nursing home has 30 elderly residents some of who are post operation care, cancer care, and end of life care. They are an independent run care home who provide top quality care for the people. They can start a new nurse within 7 days as they can fast track a DBS check.

They are recruiting for a part time registered nurse, you will be:-

* Based at their nursing home in East Grinstead in West Sussex

* Caring for elderly residents, some of which will be post stroke care, cancer care, Parkinson’s and end of life care

* 2 days per week – some weekends included

* Working 8am till 8pm

* Assessing patients, helping with catheters, doing medical and drug rounds, venepuncture, wound dressing, and giving subcutaneous fluids to rehydrate the residents

Qualifications/Experience/Requirements

* You need to be a Qualified Registered General Nurse (RGN) or Registered Mental Nurse (RMN) at least to level 1

* Have a valid NMC Pin

* Living within travelling distance to the home in East Grinstead in West Sussex

* You need to be able to drive and have a vehicle
