£25,000-27,000 pro rata
Our client is an entrepreneurial, privately owned group of companies based in Burgess Hill. They’re currently going through an exciting phase of expansion and reinvestment which has created the need for an additional permanent part time member of the finance team.
Reporting directly to the FD, this individual will predominantly assist the team with purchase ledger tasks but be available for additional assistance if required. The FD would like this person in the office on a Friday (doesn’t need to be a full day) but outside that they can allocate their hours as desired across the rest of the week. There is also the opportunity for hybrid working after training. This really is a very attractive, highly flexible opportunity for the part time market.

Overview of duties:
- Process and scan supplier invoices daily.
- Ensure timely execution of supplier payments.
- Regularly reconcile supplier accounts.
- Address supplier queries via phone and email.
- Cover for colleagues and handle various ad-hoc tasks.
- Accurately maintain all purchase ledger records.
