Paralegal

Salary: £26,000 – £30,000 per year

Family Paralegal – Essex – £18,000 – £25,000 + Benefits depending on experience
Our client are seeking a Paralegal to support and assist fee earners under supervision, with a full range of family law procedures from commencement to finish in their team based in Braintree.
Candidates are required to have previous experience in dealing with cases.

Tasks will include:

* To support Clients, Barristers, Courts and other Solicitors as necessary via various means, including in person to keep them updated of all progress/changes to their case

* To prepare documents and correspondence including preparing mail and enclosures

* Opening and closing files

* Dealing with credit and debit balances and ledger reviews

* Advocacy when requested /required
