Salary: £26,000 per year
A firm of solicitors specialising in all types of personal injury including road traffic accidents, accidents at work, slips trips and falls, industrial disease/illness. We can offer an exciting future for the right candidate.
You will be a RTA paralegal with experience of managing your own case load of RTA files up until litigation, with the view to progress onto litigation should you show the required skill and commitment to the firm.
Required Skills & Experience/ Responsibilities:
• Minimum 6 months’ experience
• Ability to manage your own case load of files
• Experience with MOJ portal Stages 1 and 2
• Experience dealing with credit hire and RTA files
• Preparation of files for litigation
Desirables
• Experience with non portal claims
• Issuing Part 8 proceedings
