Background Information
Our client are an International company exporting safety equipment around the world. The Paint Sprayer working as part of a team is responsible for ensuring that all component parts are undercoated sanded and top coated ready for the final assembly process.
Primary Functions

Being part of the undercoating sanding and top coating painting processes ensuring that all component parts are ready for the final assembly process to agreed standards of quality and time.

Ensure minimum wastage of materials at all times through effective painting and sanding operations.

Continuously strive to improve the quality of the painting processes.

Continuously strive to improve efficiency and productivity.

Secondary Functions

Trouble shoot and resolve paint equipment issues.

Covering absences.

Actively champion Health and Safety to ensure a safe working environment.

Monitoring and either cleaning or changing the spray booth extraction filters and over spray dust Qualifications

Essential English and maths at GCSE to Grade c 4 9 or higher.

Desirable Relevant NVQ

Experience

Good personal organisation and time management skills.

Experience in a similar role.
