Package Manager (Envelope / Facade / Internals)

We are currently looking for 3 Package Managers for a top tier main contractor in London. Project is high end residential mix use development in East London. Currently at pre-construction stage, value of £120million +

Our client is looking for Package Managers with experience in managing External Envelope/Facade packages (ie Cladding, Curtain Walling) OR Internal Finishing Packages.

Experience Required & Duties

• Previous experience with a main contractor or residential developer
• Experience with External Envelope/Façade packages or Internal Finishing Packages for high spec/social housing residential projects (RC Frame)
• Good client facing and management skills
• Involved in subcontractor procurement/tender and selection for these packages
• Overseeing and coordinating the subcontractors on site
• Hold progress meetings with subcontractors and site team
• Keeping track of progress reports, risk assessments, method statements, site H&S and QA.
