SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER – RETAINED FACADE

A contractor with a turnover in excess of £40m is currently seeking a Senior Project Manager to deliver a retained façade, Cut & Carve High-End residential project in West London. This contractor has recently won a number of this type of project and has an impressive client portfolio that will ensure steady growth for the business over the next 5 years. The Senior Project Manager will not only deliver these projects but will be heavily involved with winning new tenders and will work closely with Directors and Commercial team to ensure this happens.

The Senior Project Manager will be reporting directly into the Construction Director and will be responsible for the likes of:

*Planning, executing and delivering to the project dead-lines and budget
*Ensuring that the project is running on time and the deliverables are met
*Co-ordinating with the project team, vendors and the design team to ensure the delivery of the project
*Ensuring that all the project documents are accurate, up to date and stored correctly
*Attending and helping secure tenders and bids.

The Senior Project Manager will be working on an attractive Cut & Carve, retained façade, project in West London with the potential to make a good margin. At the same time as delivering this project the Senior Project Manager will also be working closely with the Directors and Bid team advising on tenders.

To be considered for this position, the Senior Project Manager MUST have:

*A stable career with an existing and established medium sized Principle contractor
*Experience working on projects in excess of £5m
*Experienced the full project lifecycle and is able to demonstrate and provide examples of this
*Excellent communication and organisation skills
*Preferably have an industry recognised degree although this is not essential as candidates from a trade background are considered
*MUST HAVE LONDON EXPERIENCE – My client has requested that due to the nature and location of this project, it is essential that the candidate must have experience delivering projects in London.
