PA to the Senior Leadership Team
40 hour week 8:30am – 4:30pm, with the need to be flexible as required.
8:30am – 4:30pm, Monday to Friday, 38 weeks a year
Brighton based but able to work at our school in Seaford as well
Relevant qualifications in business administration or similar
St. John’s School and College are looking to appoint a PA to our Senior Leadership Team. We are looking for a proactive, organised, and efficient administrative professional.
What we need from you:
* Direct high-level support of three senior leaders including administration tasks, assisting with queries and complaints.
* Providing sound judgement when prioritising tasks in a swift and adaptable environment
* A responsive and efficient approach, as you will be the first point of contact for our Senior Leadership team, to include our Principal and the Headteacher.
* Strong management of external and internal enquiries through but not limited to telephone calls and emails from a range of stakeholders.
* Outstanding proofreading and report writing skills, as you will proofread and produce documents for the SLT.
* Willing to cover reception as secretarial support as and when required.
* Accurately and efficiently dealing with the tracking, and recording of all complaints
* A supportive and self-motivated attitude
* Strong numeracy and literacy skills, to include minute taking and action notes.
* Ideally at least 3 years’ experience of PA and/or management support for a school, college, charity or similar setting.
* Enthusiasm for supporting learners on internal work experience.
* A collaborative working style and flexibility with your approach to work.
