Salary: £26,000 per year

Outbound Sales Executive – £21,000 plus bonus

Remote / Hybrid working

Elevation Recruitment are currently recruiting for a B2B Telesales Executive, on a full time remote / hybrid working basis. The successful candidate can be fully remote, however there will be a need to travel into the office one to two times a month, so this is something to bear in mind.

To be considered for this role you will have previous experience in following up on warm leads within a B2B environment and also be confident in proactive sales.

Previous experience in an outbound sales role is highly desirable, however strong inbound experience is also beneficial.

To be considered for the Outbound Sales Executive role you will:
* Have previous experience working in a B2B sales environment
* Have an excellent phone manner with an ability to upsell and cross-sell
* Be comfortable in dealing with a high volume of outbound calls and a proven track record of conversions

Skills and Experience:
* Computer literate
* Previous experience in B2B or B2C sales role is essential
* Ability to self motivate to hit sales targets, whilst working remotely is essential
