Outbound Call Centre Staff

Interaction Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of their client based in Edgbaston, Birmingham for a number of Outbound Call Centre Agents to join their expanding team on a temporary to permanent basis.

£26,000 per year whilst temp, £14-16k when permanent + incentives and progression

Hours Mon – Fri between 8.30-5pm

My client specialises in providing tailored campaigns across the IT & Telecoms, Logistics & Material Handling and Professional & Business Service sectors.

This will be a varied call centre role where you will have the ability to work on different campaigns including market research, lead generation, opening doors and making appointments

My client will provide all of the training, coaching and mentoring for you to succeed in this role.
