Call Centre Operative P / Time

My client, market leaders within property management, specialising in the servicing of gas central heating and hot water services to private, commercial landlords and industrial property owners of all kinds, are currently expanding throughout the company and are seeking a part time call centre operative; the successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be customer focused and have the ability to solve problems quickly and smoothly.

Purpose of a call centre operative;
To answer all calls and advise residents on works to be carried out and book appointments as necessary. Pass on calls throughout the business and answer enquiries.

Main responsibilities;
* Obtain client information by answering telephone calls and verifying information
* Resolve customer problems
* Take notes of conversations and record on the internal company IT system
* Escalate or pass through calls to the appropriate personnel
* Any other duties as may reasonably be requested by the call centre manager or team leader.

* Maths & English GCSE or eqvl – E
* Good level of spoken English – E
* Customer service qualifications – D
* Experience of working in a multi-sited company – E
* Experience of high volume, high pressure environments -E
* Inbound call/service centre experience -E

* Administration/Data entry inputting -D
* Excellent communication skills – E

Shifts & Hours;
This is a part time role, working Thursday-Saturday 17:30-23:30
