As an Operations Manager you will have full responsibility for ensuring and improving the performance, productivity, efficiency and profitability of departmental and organisational operations through the provision of effective methods and strategies.
You must have experience in managing KPI/SLA, budgets and have managed various departments across a medium / large organisation.
Responsibilities:
Implement the improvement of processes and policies to improve profitability and support the organisational goals.
Liaison with top management to assist in the development of strategic plans for operational activity.
Formulate and implement departmental and organisational policies and procedures to maximize output.
Establish KPIs to monitor and evaluate performance and implement improvements.
Project Management combined with understanding of IT.
Responsibility for all departments across the company and financial control.
Recruitment, performance management.
Main point of contact for all clients.
Requirements:
You will have a proven track record in operations and people management
Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills, planning and organising, decision-making
Background in ICT
Excellent communication skills, influencing and leading, delegation
College degree in business administration, commerce, management, industrial technology or industrial engineering.
Professional Diploma in Information Management using ICT
You will be advanced with all MS packages.
