Brief:

We have been by client in the student sector looking for a site – based Operations Manager / Accommodation Manager to manage c.1800 beds across two of their sites in Sheffield.

You will need to be a high performing & experienced Manager, ideally from the Student sector or the client would consider an Accommodation Manager with a background in Hotels or FM sector, used to managing 10 + staff and multiple sites.

Outline duties:

Accommodation Management

Staff management

Marketing, sales & lettings management

Site P&L

Health & Safety

You:

High performing & experienced Accommodation Manager from either the student, hotel or FM sector

Experienced in managing large sites of between 500-1000 beds

Experienced of managing multible sites

Experienced in managing 10 + staff

Experienced in achieving full occupancy, site P&L, rent management and debt recovery
