Operations / General Manager

Operations/General Manager sought by rapidly expanding and hugely successful £70m turnover, 70 employee food manufacturing business.

Bringing your senior management experience to bear from within the food manufacturing sector, and with Production, Planning, Technical/Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, Warehouse and Logistics, Costing and NPD reporting into you, you will assimilate into the commercial needs and aims of the business and design, develop and execute operational strategies that consistently improve business performance and enhanced profitability.

The Operations/General Manager must be a strong, pro-active leader who empowers staff to take ownership, providing coaching and mentoring to build cohesive teams working together to achieve individual targets and company objectives. You will have a long track record of continuously improving operational KPI’s, developing performance management initiatives, change management and cost reduction.
