Salary: £33,600 – £36,000 per year
Job Purpose:
Working for a care provider to provide high level administrative support to the Regional Directors, executive team and General Managers; supporting in clinical governance, regulation and compliance issues. To contribute to the achievement of the company’s vision; ‘to be recognised as the leading provider of high quality relationship focused care for all residents’. Must have experience of dealing with CQC regulation / compliance and clinical governance
Manage and resolve any issues arising from the compliance management tool (Excel based tool)
Deal with insurance claims, logging and progressing accordingly
Log all regulatory inspections for homes and ensuring that actions plans are completed in a timely manner
Support compliance monitoring and associated action planning
Manage all regulatory processes for new homes
Educated to GCSE level or equivalent in English and Mathematics OR educated to A level standard in English and Mathematics
Previous experience in a high level administration role supporting senior management
Minimum of two years gained in a similar role
Knowledge and experience of working in health or social care environment
Handle and monitor complaints, ensuring responses/actions are completed within the agreed timescales
Organise and minute meetings as and when required
Assist the Executive Personal Assistant with monthly board meeting preparation
Provide support/cover for the Executive Personal Assistant to the Managing Director as and when required
Provide executive support to the Regional Directors
Provide general support to the General Managers
Skills & Knowledge required
Advanced knowledge of MS office suite – Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and internet explorer
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Minute taking skills
Strong people and task management skills
Understanding of Care Quality Commission (CQC) / Care and Social Services Inspectorate (CSSIW) requirements (Desirable)Personal Qualities
