Onsite Transport Account Manager Nights

ONSITE TRANSPORT ACCOUNT MANAGER -NIGHTS – TAMWORTH – £26,000 – £30,000 per year

The role will entail managing a fast paced on-site recruitment operation. You must be flexible to work between the hours of 6pm and 6am, you must be flexible and will include occasional weekend hours.

KEY DUTIES

Responsible for the day to day operation of servicing the clients requirements form an onsite location
Responsible for ensuring that best practice is followed at all times via SOPs
Check in all drivers for correct shift / run
Completion of driver paperwork / driver hours
Establish strong relationships with key personnel within the client organisation
Prepare information to present at meetings
Ensure all client requirements are fulfilled
Ensure all KPIs are achieved in line with the SLA
Produce weekly and monthly MI
To identify and maximise all profit opportunities available
To induct and train new staff
To conform to all statutory legislation and contractual agreements
Carry out inductions in line with client requirements
Ensure all H&S regulations are adhered to at all times
To ensure all flexi worker records are up to date
Any other duties as determined by the client and businessSKILLS REQUIRED

Strong Customer service and customer facing experience within a fast paced changing environment
Able to communicate at all levels from driver to director
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workloads which continually change
Computer literate – outlook, excel and word
Ability to report critical information accurately and to tight deadlines
Ability to use a common sense approach to problem solving
