Job Role: Account Manager, Reed Specialist Recruitment, Managed Services
Reporting to: Account Director
Base Location: London with travel across South East
Salary: £36,000 – £42,000 + £4,800 Inner London Weighting + Bonus
We have an exciting, high profile opportunity for the right individual to develop and implement a strategic service for a brand new managed service account win in Southend on Sea, along with further development of a current managed service within London. If you have previous account management experience within the recruitment industry and are looking for a new and exciting opportunity, our role could be for you.
Job Description
The Role:
As Account Manager you are responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of the contracts and ensure the client contractual obligations are met. You will be involved in regular service reviews with the client to ensure that delivery teams and branch network are delivering contractual obligations whilst providing a quality service. You will be the final point of escalation for all operational service issues.
You will be responsible for identifying and delivering against the strategic plan for the accounts, including identifying areas for increased Reed business penetration and increased the scope of the accounts.
Person Specification
As the ideal candidate, you will have the ability to demonstrate a clear commercial understanding of strategic account management within the recruitment industry. You will be able to establish close working relationships with both external and internal stakeholders and understand the contractual obligations of Reed Specialist Recruitment Managed Services.
You will need to be able to work across multiple sites in the South East, and have experience of managing multiple client relationships across multiple accounts.
You will have the following experience and knowledge;
• Significant experience of managing volume and/or /specialist operational resourcing
• Previous experience of managing key components of the resourcing process including: attraction strategies, manpower planning , response handling etc.
• Previous experience of managing in a Recruitment Process Outsourcing client site environment would be advantageous
