Role Overview

A part-qualified Assistant Accountant with ledger accounts experience and all-rounder knowledge looking to progress their career in a developing entrepreneurial environment is required by our International Media client inCentral London.

The Assistant Accountant will have commercial accountancy experience coupled with a degree in Accounting or Business Finance. Your entrepreneurial approach to business and developing company growth as well as your own career is highly desirable. Applicants with knowledge or experience of Floating a company or company compliance are of interest.

The Assistant Accountant will work on budgets and supplier management as well as take responsibility within a diverse role including accounting, research, business management, ad hoc finance projects and progressing the operations of the office. 

Required skills:

– All Purchase and Sales Ledger plus credit control
– Bank reconciliations and P&L

– Preparation of management accounts and cash flow forecasts 
– Management reporting
