Online Marketing Manager(Sweden and Denmark)

Our client is looking for exceptional individual to join their Marketing team in the role of Online/Affiliate Manager for Sweden and Denmark. The ideal candidate for this position will have a solid background in customer service and/or affiliate marketing fundamentals through education and work experience. It is imperative that this person has a take-charge and can-do attitude, precise analytical skills, and a genuine desire to excel and exceed their goals. The Online Marketing Manager will focus on customer acquisition by building and servicing relationships with affiliates, media agencies and networks.

What you will be doing:

•Manage and expand the existing affiliate database for the whole range of our client products and liaise with the staff at all levels
•Analyse campaigns and report to management on results & strategies to move forward
•Work closely with internal key stakeholders to support projects and ensure the delivery of cross departmental projects
•Monitor and analyse results of all campaigns, including weekly and monthly KPI reports
•Work collaboratively with the in house teams on SEO strategy and manage/optimize implementation of SEO initiatives
•Deliver clear, concise and reliable reporting on all activity to key stakeholders
•Perform market and competitive research
•Analyse effectiveness of marketing campaigns and optimise accordingly

What we are looking for:

•At least one year of experience in performance based marketing
•Fluency in English and Swedish, good in Danish
•Good understating/knowledge of affiliate marketing, SEO and SEM
•Excellent understanding of the online gaming industry
•Online marketing experience from customer focused high transaction volume company
•Highly organized and self-sufficient
•Strong sales, negotiation, decision making and problem solving skills
•Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
