Salary: £42,000 – £48,000 per year
This is an exciting opportunity to join a major UK business involved in the Travel and Leisure industry
As the Marketing Manager within the business you will be responsible for the delivery of marketing plans, activities, campaigns and customer communications that support a variety of relationships with this businesses partners within the Financial Services sector
The Marketing Managers role is to maximise the marketing exposure to drive revenue for the business through a combination of promoting partners in a variety of channels and maximising the business in all of their relationships.
Key Role Responsibilities
Responsible for specific partners, key focus is Financial Services, but flexible to cover other partners
Accountable for the development and delivery of Relationship marketing plans in line with the Business Plan and agreed objectives from the Account Management team and working closely with Marketing and Customer Insight teams
Develop strong relationships with agency partners, and utilise them as a resource for partners as appropriate
Responsible for obtaining budgets for required activities from key stakeholders by providing robust commercial plans, strong briefs and business cases
Ensure all activity is measurable
Implement test and learn strategies to maximise ROI of every activity
Report campaign results and make sure the learnings are included in future briefs.
As the Marketing Manager you will manage each activity as a project manager and review campaign results
Support integrated campaigns, securing access to partner channels, customers and marketing budgets
Seek new opportunities in new technology/media or other innovations areas to deliver new ideas to your partners
Experience in working with partners/clients/internal departments as a resource to develop and deliver successful marketing activities
In your career youll have gained experience within the Financial Services sector, preferable in credit card marketing
Good knowledge of market and consumer research; able to translate insights into actionable marketing recommendations
Self confident and assertive even at highest levels and with excellent presentation skills
Educated to degree level or equivalent, within a marketing related discipline
5+ years marketing experience
