Online Gaming Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

– Manage the Casino and Poker operations and deliver and report on key performance indicators
– Working with Country Marketing Managers and CRM Operations Manager to define, deliver and refine as appropriate, the acquisition strategy
– Be a key contributor to the product development and roadmap across Casino, Poker and Games
– Working closely on a daily basis with Marketing Managers and CRM Operation Managers to acquire and retain poker and casino customers in line with budgetary requirements
– Working with legal and compliance teams to ensure legal requirements are met throughout the customer journey
– Developing, preparing, executing and optimizing regular attractive and cost-effective campaigns/operations to maximize player activity
– Utilizing all internal and external tools to accurately measure and improve performance
– Monitoring and analysing game offerings to continuously seek improvement of the product suite for our poker and casino players
– Working with support departments to ensure customer queries are dealt with efficiently
– Ensuring product platform/website updates and changes are carried out within agreed periods, QA and test, and signoff on process is completed
– Daily/weekly/periodic performance reports against all commercial targets
– Conducting regular competitor operational analysis and maintaining market place awareness and reporting into the business accordingly

Qualifications and experience:

– At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role within Igaming
– Excellent knowledge of casino and poker
– Experience using product management tools
– Previous experience in strategy product development
– Team management experience required
– University degree in a business related field (preferably marketing)
– Solid experience in international environment is a plus

Skills/competencies required:

– Excellent communication skills (verbal, presentation & written)
– Fluent in English, other languages will be considered as a plus
– Ability to understand technical concepts
– Ability to work under pressure
– Results oriented and customer-focused
– Analytical mind and ROI focus
– Excellent knowledge of MS Office
– Knowledge of Dreamweaver and Photoshop would be a plus
