Operations Manager

Salary: £36,000 – £42,000 per year

Pyramid8 have an exciting and rare opportunity for an Operations Manager to join their client in Normanton. This is a brand new role within a bespoke industry.

Are you technically minded? Do you have a passion for motorsports, or anything fast with an engine, if so I would love to speak to you.

This is a unique role and would give someone that has a background in Management an opportunity to really get involved and put their own stamp on this newly appointed role.

Ideally I am looking for someone who has come from a relationship manager, National Account manager or operations management role from a technical background, preferably the motor industry.

The role:

* Managing a team of 5 staff including the Marketing team

* Management including 121’s.

* Implementing new processes both within the sales process and Internal

* Attend profit and loss meetings

* Relationship management with Key Accounts

* Working closely with the Directors

* Managing technical queries from clients
