Office Junior / Research Assistant

Owing to significant growth within the business, a reputable recruitment firm in Loughton, is looking to recruit an Office Junior and Research Assistant to join their team. As the successful candidate you will support the running of the office, as well as assisting with generation of candidates for the sales team through projects including marketing and social media.

Duties will include:
– Data entry, updating and maintaining Excel spread sheets
– Document copying, scanning and filing
– Answering phones and message taking
– Desk based research and sourcing candidates
– Greeting clients
– Making refreshments
– Keeping the office and meeting room presentable
– Banking and post office runs when necessary

The successful candidate will have the following skills:
– Proficient in MS Office including Excel & Word.
– Friendly and enthusiastic
– Good telephone manner
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Enthusiastic, hard working and willing to learn new skills
– Good attention to detail & accuracy
– Flexible approach
– Able to work independently and as part of a time

Work hours are 9.30am – 6.30pm with an hour for lunch.

No experience is necessary as full training will be given, but a keen, can-do attitude is essential to join our friendly, fast growing company. The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic individual, with the ability to work with all levels of staff and have a willingness to learn new tasks.
