Occupational Health Physiotherapist

Sjb medical are offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced Physiotherapist to work within a distinguished FTSE 100 defence engineering organisation based in Plymouth.

With significant engineering and construction work taking place on site, the Occupational Health Physiotherapist will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team providing occupational health and rehabilitation services to staff, ensuring their health and wellbeing and limiting sickness/absence, directly benefiting the day to day operations of the company and its success.

Salary – £39,906starting annual salary + comprehensive corporate benefits package

Key responsibilities as an Occupational Health Physiotherapist will include:
– Provision of physiotherapy services to on-site staff including engineers, construction workers and back office staff.
– Managing own case load of clients
– Provide high quality care through the use of evidence based practice
– Pre-employment screening
– Work place assessments
– Provision of education and advice to staff

To be considered for this position you should have the following experience / qualifications:
– Valid and up to date HCPC registration
– Possess a related degree in physiotherapy
– Broad based experience as a physiotherapist
– Possess experience in occupational health and the provision of occupational health services (desirable)
