Vacancy: Nursery Room Manager
Location: Twickenham
Shift pattern: Monday to Friday no weekends
Salary: £26,000 – £29,280per year
Duties:
* To provide and to maintain the highest standards of quality care and education.
* Ensuring that health and safety and security measures are constantly maintained.
* To be aware of and act in accordance with current legislation, policy and procedures.
* Being enthusiastic, to create a programme of activities suitable to the age range of the children at the Nursery.
* To liaise with parents, keeping a proper record of achievement file on your key children. Tracking progress and helping their development.
* To work as a team, to help motivate the rest of the staff. Positive attitude is a must.
* Engaging the children day to day, ensuring their health and safety is a priority.
* Keeping to routine and maintaining a happy environment
Requirements:
* Experience in a similar role is preferred
* NVQ Level 2/3 in childcare
* Passion to work in the Early Years sector
