Star Bright Recruitment are proud to be recruiting for a fantastic Nursery in the Bromley area for a Nursery Manager.

You will be joining a well-established Nursery, with excellent support from a dedicated Senior Management team.

We are looking for a Nursery Manager who wants to focus on delivering excellent standards and Education, ideally from an Ofsted ‘Outstanding’ background.

You will be someone who has managed a large sized Nursery, with experience and passion for driving excellent standards of care.

You will be working on a full-time basis, all year round.

The ideal Nursery Manager candidate must have:

· A minimum Level 3 in Childcare and Education (or above or equivalent)

· Sound knowledge of the EYFS

· Strong communication skills both written and verbal

· Experience of working as a Nursery Manager

· Ability to use initiative

· A passion for working with children

· Experience of Ofsted is required, ideally achieved Ofsted Outstanding
