Nursery Manager – Wimbledon

Our ‘OUTSTANDING’ nursery setting is looking for a Nursery Manager to join the team at our Wimbledon setting

We are looking for a Nursery Manager who is experienced, organised, motivated and responsible. As the Nursery Manager you will responsible for all the days routine as well as managing staff, parent enquiries and enhancing nursery procedures and systems at the nursery

The successful Nursery Manager will be required to take part in a minimum of a 2 day trial and interview – the successful candidate will be paid for their trial alongside their first salary

Competitive salary of up to £40,200per annum. All salaries are dependent on qualifications, experience and the position you are applying for.

About you –

• Full and relevant childcare qualification, in accordance with the current OFSTED guidelines
• Clear & enhanced DBS certificate
• A minimum of 2yrs experience at a deputy manager level
• Excellent communication and written skills
• Excellent knowledge of the EYFS Framework, Safeguarding and all nursery policies & procedures
• Excellent team leader and mentor
• Organised, reliable, and punctual
• Ability to work as part of a team and motivate all staff
