Night Shift Production Workers

We are looking to recruit a number of Production Workers who are able to work on a 4 on 4 off night shift pattern with a leading manufacturing company in the Brighton and Hove area. These positions will be working in a number of areas of the production process, and will be offered on an initial temporary basis.

The Night Shift Production Workers will be required to undergo a period of training for the first few weeks which will be carried out during normal work hours, Monday to Friday 08.00 – 16.00. Applicants must be willing to work in a controlled environment where clothing, jewellery and make-up are restricted.

Although no specific experience is required, applicants for the positions must have the following skills and attributes:

+ Excellent attention to detail
+ Ability to follow detailed procedures
+ High level of dexterity
+ Ability to identify solutions and solve problems
+ A can-do attitude and excellent work ethic
+ Willingness to learn new skills and ways of working

Knowledge of good manufacturing practice or working under cleanroom conditions would be beneficial.

Applicants will be required to attend an assessment before being considered for the positions.
