NHS Customer Service Officer – Nights

Leeds (LS1 4LT)

Temporary (2 – 3 months)

Full Time (37.5 hours)

Shifts:

Night: 00:30 – 08:30 (including weekends, 2 days off per week)

Salary: £26,000 – £32,604per year

Roles/Duties

Liaise with health care professionals and police officers to organise the treatment of police custody detainees
Input call information and details on SystmOne and other databases
Communicate within a team to ensure efficient handling of all calls and requests
The maintenance of patient records on SystmOneDesirable candidate

Excellent phone manner
Familiar with Microsoft Excel
