Smile Education are currently working on behalf of Head Teacher`s in both Walsall and Wolverhampton who are still looking for outstanding NQT`s to place in Primary Teacher positions for September. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure the right role at the right school so that you can complete your induction year.

You will be fully supported throughout your induction year – there will be time for meetings with your mentor and other NQTs at the schools. You will be given the opportunity to grow as a teacher, not only as you plan lessons but also leading assemblies and after school clubs. You will be a full and valued member of staff at the school and will be able to participate in their own CPD and other training opportunities.
