Hours: 36.25 hours from Thursday to Monday

We are looking for a New Home Sales Advisor for a very successful team in one of the fastest-growing new home builders across the region. The company helps new home buyers getting on the property ladder that little bit easier with options that include shared ownership schemes and the very popular help to buy scheme, this makes the selling process not only much more affordable to buyers but easier for YOU to sell!

The Role:
– Responding to all leads and enquiries by telephone, email, and face to face
– Qualifying the buyers financially
– Updated their CRM system
– Booking in appointments with potential buyers to view the show home or stock plot’s
– Closing the sale/ reservation
– Reaching and exceeding targets to exhilarate your commission
– Initiating all paperwork to start the sales process
– Progress the sale; Liaising with the buyer, solicitors and financial advisers to ensure as speedy completion.

Essentials & Personal Attributes:
– 6 months+ experience in a property related background
– Driving licence and car
– Be available to move to different sites around the area
– Be comfortable working towards KPI’s
– Driven, determined, have excellent communication skills and organised
