The Role
This is a fast-paced but extremely rewarding role that will allow self-development as well as growth of the overall business. Essentially, the success of the sales department will ultimately be the success of the business as a whole.

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for delivering the entire sales cycle from prospect identification to contract implementation and selling a range of services including: online and offline creative and design, social media, digital, copywriting and videography as well as maximising new business opportunities and servicing the needs of existing clients.

The Successful Candidate

You will have a minimum of 4+ years experience in sales, ideally selling design or creative agency services to blue chip client marketers / marketing services supplier. You will also have a consultative and solution based sales approach and have a successful track record of face to face and telephone sales including negotiation and pitching. You will also have entrepreneurial spirit, high energy and self motivation and will be a first class communicator.
