New Business Development Manager

We’re looking for a dynamic, self-driven individual to join our client’s team as a New Business Development Manager based in Harrogate. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with good sales ability looking for work for a business that offer autonomy, an excellent earning potential and the opportunity to develop. The ideal candidate will possess a “can do” attitude, be results-driven, and enjoy building new relationships.

This is a full-time permanent position. Basic salary is ยฃ24,000 to ยฃ25,000 with an OTE of ยฃ46,000 on top of base, plus excellent benefits including company pension, 25 days + stats annual leave, your birthday off, professional development opportunities and room for progression.

Responsibilities:

ยท Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, market trends and new opportunities.

ยท Research competitorsโ€™ activities and market conditions to stay ahead of industry developments.

ยท Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies to build a robust pipeline of prospective clients.

ยท Build and maintain strong relationships with clients whilst understanding their needs.

ยท Liaise with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and delivery of solutions to clients.

ยท Prepare compelling and customized proposals, presentations and pitches to showcase the value proposition of the company.

ยท Articulate the benefits of the companiesโ€™ products and services to potential clients.

ยท Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.

ยท Support the full sales cycle.

Requirements:

ยท Proven experience in new business development sales

ยท Ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.

ยท Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

ยท Ability to identify and capitalize new business.

ยท Able to build and maintain client relationships.
