Net / SQL Developer

.Net/SQL Developer – Leeds – ASP,.NET, C#, MVC, Entity Framework, Java Script, Front-End Development

This position is a 2 month contract to be based in Leeds.

Key skills required for the.Net/SQL Developer:

Must be highly skilled Microsoft C#.NET/MS SQL developers
Ability to work to tight deadlines
Delivery experience with Agile methodologies
Dynamic and proactive attitude, demonstrating an ability to identify problems before they arise and react swiftly to ensure the appropriate actions are taken
Adherence to Test Driven Development and Behavioral Driven Development
Strong object orientated coding skills, i.e. SOLID principles
Ability to contribute to the development strategies for complex systems
Experience of continuous integration and automated deploymentCompetent in the following development tools/platforms/frameworks:
.NET MVC, WebAPI, ORM(NHibernate/Entity Framework), JQuery, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, JSON, Bootstrap, SpecFlow, NUnit, Rhino Mocks, Selenium, Castle. Windsor

Main tasks and deliverables

Responsible for analysing, implementing and testing application/database functionality as directed
Maintaining the application and back-office systems
Effectively delivering the functional aspects of website applications
Developing web applications
