Salary: £26,000 per year
Our client is a market leader in the Online Property Sector – a fast sale estate agency and property cash buying company providing national coverage and selling the majority of properties within one month,
They want an additional person on their Sales Support Negotiation Team to support their Sales Negotiators with their property sales portfolios.
You will be arranging viewings between vendors and potential purchasers, dealing with queries and qualifying buyers. Then there is the sales admin which needs to be kept up to date.
You will be closely involved in the sale of properties and you will work as a true “right hand” to your Sales Negotiator and as a result you will learn the art of negotiation with the aim of being promoted to having your own property portfolio and your own Sales Support Negotiator!
We are looking for people with a passion for property – perhaps you are admin support in an Estate Agency or are currently a Lettings Administrator who knows they can do more!
So, you will be:

With ideally:
Sales experience and preferably some property sales experience.
