National Account Manager – Leisure Travel (South East)

Salary £42,000 – £48,000 + Car allowance £3960 + 30% bonus

HQ based Surrey/ Sussex Area (can work from home, reporting to office at least once a week)

As Account Manager your role will be to manage the relationships between decision-makers within assigned strategic accounts in the Leisure Travel portfolio, responsible for the overall satisfaction, acquisition, retention and development of the assigned accounts.

Account Management:

Act as the link between the account and the organisation for all client needs, liaising and coordinating the various departments to ensure customer support and satisfaction.

Build, develop and maintain relationships with account decision-makers to develop opportunities, maintain, and expand business within the accounts, and visit clients and perform product demos and Strategic Growth Assessment activities as required.

Assume full responsibility for clients in portfolio
Assist the Commercial Director and Head of Account Management – Leisure in Request for Proposal
Response presentations to potential customers in order to develop and acquire customer business
Comply with objectives set by the Commercial Director and Head of Account Management – Leisure, achieving expected revenue, profitability, and satisfaction levels in portfolio
Maintain a high level of current knowledge of the product portfolio and the benefits of specific products for accounts as well as other positioning information (such as market trends, strategy, competitors, and pricing).
Create, implement and regularly monitor and update Account Development Plans across the assigned portfolio
Provide weekly planning and reporting on activities to Head of Account Management – Leisure on a regular and ad-hoc basis
Transmit relevant customer, market and competitor information, as well as product functionality requirements to Head of Account Management – Leisure
Essential Criteria:

Minimum 3 years recent experience in business development/ account management within the Travel Industry (ideally Leisure Travel)

Full UK Driving License & own car (essential)
