Music Specialist Required for An Outstanding Primary

An Outstanding Primary School in Bristol, South Gloucestershire is recruiting a Music Specialist for a long-term teaching post commencing 1st January until the end of the School year. This is a part-time position for 5 afternoons per week. This position will be reviewed and considered for a permanent contract in August 2017.

As Music specialist you will teach Music to Key Stages 1 and 2. Experience teaching Music to Primary or Secondary aged students is desirable as is experience running Music projects as a way of demonstrating your passion.

The successful Music Specialist Teacher will:
– Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a PGCE, GTP or Bachelor of Education
– Be passionate about Design and Technology
– Have experience running Music sessions or teaching Music to Primary or Secondary students.
– Be committed to delivering a first-class education
– Be able to use your own initiative and work as part of a team
