Person Specification
The right candidate will be an energetic graduate who has at least received a 2:1 in your degree from a reputable University, has good A-levels and has previous experience supporting children. You will have the drive to display a passion for education that ignites a love for learning amongst your pupils. It is essential for you to possess an optimistic manner in the classroom that will infect your students with positive energy. The school wants graduates who can demonstrate a desire to begin a successful career in education through hard work and determination.

About the Role
In this Graduate Teaching Assistant position you will be supporting the work of the class teachers within KS2 and you will be enjoying the SLT’s focus on training and CPD. As differing areas need attention at different times, you will fulfil a flexible role, working as and when required. Day-to-day, you will be supporting SEN pupils and meeting the individual requirements of SEN pupils. The role comes with some fantastic pre-PGCE training which has been formulated from close ties with a local teacher training University.
