Salary: £33,600 – £40,800 per year
Our client is recruiting for an electrical bias multiskilled maintenance engineer for their small team in Doncaster. Preferably with 4 years post apprenticeship experience in a fast-paced production environment
Working hours are Monday – Friday, 7am – 3.30pm
20 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays after 2 complete years this increases a day per year until you reach 25 days plus bank holidays
The Role
* Carrying out proactive and reactive maintenance across the plant
* Tool setting and programming CNC machinery
* Also look to continuously improve the production and maintenance processes
* Working across 3 sites which are all in Doncaster, half a mile distance from each site so must drive
* Our client will give process and product training
* Ideally you will be looking for your next step where you can progress in your career to management
Experience
* Served an Engineering Apprenticeship
* Understanding of electrical/ mechanical/ pneumatic systems
* Able to read electrical and pneumatic drawings
* Knowledge of PLC systems
* Advantageous if worked on CNC machinery and servo drives
* Computer literate
* Clean driving licence
* Communicate and liaise with other departments at all levels
