Huxley Engineering are recruiting for one of there key clients based near the Essex area specializing in the design and manufacture of specialist electro-mechanical products within a highly regulated industry.

These roles are aimed at the passionate, innovative engineer who has a genuine enthusiasm for new product development and working with high-end technologies in a market leading organization.

The ideal candidates will need to display the below skill set requirements and level of experience to be considered for interviews.

Mechanical Engineer Role Requirements – £35,000 – £45,000

– Working in a product development environment not service of manufacturing

– B.Eng in Mechanical Engineering or HNC/HND + experience or other relevant qualification

– Ideally Solidworks appreciation – able to manipulate models, do small amount of CAD work

– FEA ability

– Experience with plastics and fabricated or machined metal parts – Experience within a highly regulated industry is essential i.e. aerospace, rail, oil and gas, medical or nuclear

CAD Design Role Requirements – £30,000 – £40,000

– Solid works – drawing is a large part of the role (other 3D experience can be considered)

– Hands on model building ability

– Minimum 3 years experience

– Able to draw/model not just individual parts but assemblies as well
