Salary: £33,600 – £36,000 per year
Role: Multi-trade.
Parker Jones is Recruiting on behalf of a large property maintenance and construction company. Based and operating in the South Coast. They have an excellent reputation within the industry and local Governments. Due to ongoing and new business they are looking to expand their team in multiple key areas.
The Role:
A wide variety of maintenance repairs and basic other trades in Occupied homes, buildings and empty properties. The work will include fitting various types of doors, first and second fixing, kitchen installations and repairing minor leaks.
Applicant:
A Suitable candidate would have the necessary qualifications (NVQ Level 2-3 in carpentry/plumbing/plastering/painting or equivalent.) Or trade based experience. The Ideal Candidate would also have 2-5 Years of experience working in social housing or Building maintenance.
The Candidate would also need relevant Experience in a customer facing trades role.
The Salary:
C: £33,600 – £36,000+ Package
