Salary: £14.4 per hour
X2 MULTI-TRADERS – MOBILE – HAMMERSMITH & FULHAM – TEMP TO PERM – UP TO £14.4 PER HOUR
Exciting opportunity to join an established FM service provider situated in London. My client is looking for two Mobile Multi-traders to carry out planned and reactive maintenance to a number of domestic properties across Hammersmith & Fulham. The successful candidate will have a full UK driving license and a knowledge of all aspects of M&E / Fabric (i.e. Basic electrical, tiling, plastering, plumbing, carpentry, painting & decorating. This is a 3 month temp to perm role and pays and hourly rate up to £14.4per hour which would be equivalent to a permanent salary of £25,000. The company also offer a OT and a company van if required.
Hours of work
Monday to Friday – 08:00am to 17:00pm
Requirements
Knowledge of all aspects of M&E / Fabric (i.e. Basic electrical, tiling, plastering, plumbing, carpentry, painting & decorating
A full UK driving license
Multi-skilled
Candidates must live within short distance of
Highly desirable
Experience working on a council contract
Able to supply your own van
Experience fitting kitchens, bathrooms etc
